You can't find a premises on the site

This website only contains data from councils who have subscribed to the scheme. If your local council has subscribed and you cannot find a premises you believe should be listed, then you should contact them. If your local council is not a member of our scheme, please contact them and let them know there is public demand for their data to be available here.

Is an inspection or premises' details out of date or incorrect

Please contact your local council. A link to their contact details will be displayed from your premises' details page.

The technical help desk cannot help with issues associated with individual premises or inspections. These should be referred to the food safety team at your local council. Their contact details can be found on the council’s home page via the “FIND A COUNCIL” menu selection above.
